Scholar Academy is a dedicated 8th, 9th, and 10th standard board tuition institute in Moshi, Pune, founded in 2016 with a clear mission: give every student the coaching they need to excel in board exams — regardless of which board they study under.
What started as a single classroom has grown into two branches serving students across CBSE, SSC State Board, and Semi-English medium. Over the past decade, we have coached hundreds of students through their board exams, with named, published results that speak for themselves.
We are not the biggest coaching institute in Pune. We are not trying to be. What we are is a focused, results-driven academy that knows the 8th-to-10th segment inside out — the syllabus, the exam patterns, the areas where students struggle, and the methods that work.
Our campus in Moshi is shared with our sister institute IMS Classes, which handles 11th-12th and competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, MHT-CET). Together, we offer a complete academic journey from 8th standard through college entrance — under one roof, with a consistent standard of teaching.

Our Journey
Key milestones since 2016
Scholar Academy founded in Moshi, Pune. First batch of 8th-10th students begins.
Expanded to cover all three boards: CBSE, SSC State Board, and Semi-English medium. Introduced the "2 teachers per subject" model.
Opened the Charholi/Bhosari branch to serve the growing student community in that corridor.
Adapted to hybrid teaching during school closures. Maintained student engagement and test schedules throughout.
Published the strongest results year yet: 20 students scored above 80% in 10th board exams. Topper Shinde Swaraj scored 95.20% with Maths 100/100.
Vedant Patil scores 98.20% in CBSE, Arya Shinde scores 96.20% in SSC. IMS Classes alumni achieve JEE 99.52 percentile and MHT-CET 99.41 percentile.
